I would thoroughly recommend this product and the company behind it. It was recommended to me by a friend who used one following their ACL repair.This helped me immensely during my recovery from knee arthroscopy and meniscectomy. It was soothing and therapeutic and aided my ability to complete the physiotherapy assigned exercises. I did not require any pain medication during my recovery thanks to this product.The company were fantastic when I had a small issue with the hose. They replied within a couple of hours and a replacement was sent out and delivered the next day.Absolutely delighted and well worth the expense.

Excellent . Easy to use and very effective

If your having a knee replacement this is a must have, I couldn't have done without it.Controls pain and swelling.

Bought it for my husband after a knee replacement. Have found it excellent froze a bag of water to use only needs changing every 10 hrs ish. Using it for 20 min then an hr off it has definitely helped the pain and swelling . Easy to use and can unclip from container. Would recommend

This is a very cleverly designed product, simple to use. The cuff is a good size and comfortable. The filling and emptying works well, though a few drips each time you disconnect the tube. The foil disc to lay on top of the ice/water was torn across the middle when it arrived, so I may try and use something else from around the house. The iced water you feed into the cuff is more comfortable than more rigid ice packs, but doesn’t stay cold enough for very long, so you are constantly emptying and refilling, but that, as said above, is easy to do. I find the cuff only stays properly cold for 10/15 minutes, using the minimum amount of water and maximum amount of ice in the container.I think it is overpriced for what it is, but it is useful.
